Policies
Affiliation
MetroPets Online realizes that different animal shelters and
rescue
organizations may hold differing views on and have differing
policies for
pet adoption. It is not within MetroPets Online's purview
to ally itself
with any one local organization but rather to provide a forum
in which
free exchange of information about responsible pet adoption
is fostered.
MetroPets Online's primary mission is to facilitate the connection
of
responsible adopters with homeless animals in need. MetroPets
Online may
choose not to list an organization if, in the opinion of the
MetroPets
Board of Directors, there is reason to believe that an organization
does
not meet certain criteria. The eligible organizations must:
•
keep all animals in a safe, healthy, and clean environment
• provide all recommended veterinary inoculations and
a healthy diet
• have a screening process in place for potential adopters
• and enforce a spay/neuter policy.

MetroPets reserves the right to exclude establishments and
proprietors
from its on-line listings.
Other
Metropets
does not endorse the sale of pets.
MetroPets susbscribes to "Campaign Humane" and serves only vegetarian and vegan food at its events.

Limitation

The aggregate liability of MetroPets to you for direct damages
for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited
to $100.
Termination
MetroPets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue
all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to immediate
termination of your registration with or ability to access
the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by MetroPets,
upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if
MetroPets is unable to verify or authenticate any information
you submit to the Web Site.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MetroPets,
its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against
any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation
reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting
