Tips for finding pet-friendly rental housing in the DC metropolitan area

1. Don't rely only on apartment or townhouse complexes for your search; it is often easier to find pet-friendly housing from individuals who are renting out their house, their condominium, or apartments in their houses.
2. Check rental listings in local newspapers such as:
   • Washington City Paper - Housing for rent, Housing to share
